Context
"Pan-O-Delish" is a cutting-edge pizza delivery app created through the Coursera Google UX Design program, focusing on high-quality service and user-friendly experience to simplify pizza ordering.
Problems
• Some pizza apps are inconsistent with the desktop version.
• Layout design feels is clutter.
• Visual looks feels outdated.
Research
I had the opportunity to run a survey and interviewed five individuals to gain insights into their pain points and needs. As a thank you for their time, I illustrated personalized avatars for each user.
Goal
The objective was to simplify the user experience, allowing customers to place their orders quickly and effortlessly.
Prototype
Using the project goals and the interviewer's insights, I mocked up a low-fidelity design that tailored to their needs.
